Q. How does VIP Realty’s Apartment Cash Back Rebate Work?

A. You can rent any apartment in Texas and VIP Realty will collect an Apartment Locator Fee (if available). In turn we’ll give you back a rebate for 25% of our commission.

Example Transaction

• You rent an apartment for $2,000 a month and submit VIP Realty as your locator
• Let’s say the property is offering a locator fee of 100% of the first month’s rent
• That means they pay us $2,000 for referring you to them
• We then give you 25% of the $2,000 = $500 Cash Back To You
• You will receive your check once VIP Realty is paid on your lease
