Rental Rebate Qualification
- VIP Realty must be recognized as all applicant's sole referral source by the apartment community.
- The apartment community you lease at must complete and sign a “lease verification agreement” form approving our invoice BEFORE a rebate can be issued.
- The amount of your cash rebate is a fixed percentage of 20% of the locator placement fee the community has agreed to pay us. We show you proof of the amount to be paid to us so you know you receive the full 20% as advertised. Maximum rebate $1,500.
- Only one apartment rebate is offered per lease, and the rebate must be issued in the name of a leaseholder. Only the first claim rebate form received with a leaseholder name will be recognized.
- The Claim Rebate Form can be completed as soon as you are approved for a lease - before you move in. The form must be completed no later than 7 days after lease start date.
- Payment of the apartment rebate is subject to principal consent.
- Once our invoice is approved and you move in - rebates are sent via electronic payment: PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, or Check on the first Monday after confirmed move-in by an apartment staff member.
- You agree to hold “VIP Realty” and its agents harmless if the “username or email” that you provide for Paypal, Venmo, Zelle, or Amazon is incorrect and the rebate is sent to another party.
- If for any reason a property does not agree to pay "VIP Realty" a locator placement fee, this will constitute a retraction of our rebate offer altogether.
Refer & Earn Policy
"VIP Realty" will email you a $50 Visa Gift Card within 3 days of move-in for every qualifying referral you send us.
- A person that you refer to us that actually utilizes our services.
- The referred customer must list "VIP Realty" on any guest cards and lease applications.
- The referred customer must report their lease to us by completing the claim rebate form.
- In the event "VIP Realty" is not to be paid a locator service fee this is considered a non-qualifying referral and NO gift card is issued.
Disclaimer
VIP Realty reserves all rights to modify all rebates, move credits, promotions, gifts, policies, and disclaimers without notice. However, rebates, move credits, and gift promotions will be processed and honored based on the Terms, Conditions & Disclaimers that were in effect on the date the Claim Rebate Form was submitted.
